What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Maintenance Crew, you’ll help create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces for our clients.

• Work with your Foreman and team to maintain high-end gardens and landscapes.
• Master essential tasks like cultivating, weeding, lawn care, pruning, hedge trimming, and mulching.
• Safely and efficiently operate tools and small machines.
• Load and transport equipment to and from job sites.
• Work with purpose and urgency to ensure every task is completed to perfection.
• Participate in team huddles and learn the business side of landscaping through our Creative Roots Way.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.

What You Can Expect

• Wages: $20–$22/hour, based on your attitude and the value you bring.
• Hours: Full-time, seasonal (March 1–December 15, weather dependent).
