Ultimate Goal as our Bookkeeper & Scorekeeper:
To accurately and efficiently complete A/P, A/R and update our financial scoreboards. To actively participate, learn and grow with and within our company. Learn to think and act like an owner by being an integral part of our open book management style.
Requirements:
- Excel / Google Spreadsheets Expert
- Quickbooks Online Expert
- Growth mindset in professional and personal life
Duties include:
- Learn and use the Creative Roots system of Open Book Management
- Accurate data entry
- Accounts Payable – enter vendor bills and process payments
- Accounts Receivable – prepare customer invoices & receive payments
- Reconcile credit cards and bank statements
- Update Financial Scoreboards on a weekly basis

Job type :
Part-time 18-24 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to start. There is extensive opportunity for growth.
Compensation:
We offer competitive wages based on value and attitude you bring to the company. Range is $23 – $28/hour for this position. We also provide profit sharing, extended health benefits(32+hrs/week) and opportunity for advancement including partnership.
