All full-time employees of Creative Roots are eligible for participation in our BCCA Group Benefits Package upon completion of a 90-day probation period. The Package covers things like prescriptions, trips to the dentist, even chiropractic and registered massage therapy. In a nutshell it is Life insurance, Extended Healthcare and Dental care. At least 50% of the premiums are paid by Creative Roots.
