Ultimate Goal of this Position: The lawn is the first thing on which the Creative Roots performance is judged. It must be green, healthy and well trimmed at all times.
Must Have Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract and bondable
Fit enough to perform labor intensive work for a full shift
Working on the business- strategic work: Performing your duties to the highest possible standards so you, your team, and customers are proud of the finished results.
This is what you'd be doing:
On a Daily Basis
Contribute to the daily morning huddle 5 to 15 minutes to discuss the daily what’s up
Lawn services include spring start-ups, continued seasonal maintenance, renovations, repair and winterizing of lawns
Irrigation services include spring start-ups, in-season maintenance, renovations, repair and winterizing
Learn and practice the proper use all equipment related to the industry (power rake, aerator, rotary & reel style mowers, line trimmers, blowers, spray applicators, fertilizer spreaders etc)
Learn and practice all safety procedures
Take instruction from an experienced lawn leader
Loading the truck and trailers for each day, as well as emptying the truck at the end of each day.
On a Weekly Basis
Contribute to weekly meeting

This is what you can expect from the company:
A seasonal position 40 hours per week Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday) for approximately 36 weeks per year beginning approximately March 1
An hourly wage of $13.40 - $15.30 per hour plus overtime compensation, benefits and bonuses paid out every 90 days
